Soca Islands offers one of the most flexible payment plans available, making it easy and affordable to secure your travel experience. When you complete the booking form, you will see a clear breakdown of your payment schedule, including the required initial deposit, upcoming installment dates, and the exact amounts due at each stage. This allows you to plan your payments comfortably while locking in your spot on the trip.

For most trips, you can secure your reservation with a deposit and then pay the remaining balance in installments over time. The full balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your trip to ensure that all accommodations, activities, and logistics can be confirmed.

If you book your experience between 90 and 60 days before the trip start date, a deposit equal to 50% of the total trip cost will be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due by the 60-day deadline.

For bookings made between 60 and 30 days before the experience begins, the full trip cost will be required at the time of booking, as there is limited time remaining before departure.

We encourage guests to book early to take full advantage of the installment payment options and to guarantee their spot on the experience.

We know that booking your dream trip is a big deal, and we are here to make the payment process as smooth as possible. Below, you will find answers to some of the most common questions about payments, so you can feel confident and informed every step of the way.

If you need to cancel your booking within the first six days, we are happy to offer a refund for any payments you've made. However, if you cancel after those six days, we won't be able to refund any part of your payment. So, it is important to make sure your entire crew is ready to commit before you make a payment—you don't want to be out of pocket if someone backs out. Please note that if you change or cancel your booking, we won't be able to provide a refund or credit for future activities. This policy is firm, even in the case of COVID-19 (or similar pandemic situation), though local consumer laws will still apply. You are welcome to transfer your reservation to another customer, but keep in mind that the financial value of your booking or payments cannot be transferred.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a trip, don't worry—we've got you covered. You can choose a free transfer to a future departure date at the same destination or to a different destination of equal value. If neither option works for you, we will provide a full refund within 14 days.

By booking with us, you agree that credit card charges are final and cannot be disputed or challenged at any time, now or in the future. If a chargeback is made, it’s considered a serious breach of this agreement, and Soca Islands may need to recover costs, including legal fees and other expenses related to the chargeback. If you don't settle the chargeback costs within 30 days of being notified, we may need to involve a collection agency. Proof of purchase from Soca Islands will be sufficient to resolve any disputes with your credit card company or bank. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping things smooth and hassle-free!

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you prefer, you can also make your payment using the Zelle Quickpay app. Just use the following information for Zelle payments - Name: Soca Islands LLC, Email: explore@socaislands.com, Memo: Your booking booking reference number.

While there is no strict deadline, spaces for each experience are limited. To make sure you don't miss out, it is best to secure your spot with us as soon as you can.

Feel free to log in to your Soca Islands account anytime to make a payment towards your package. Alternatively, you can also send your payments via Zelle Quickpay.

If your credit card payment is declined, it is a good idea to check with your bank to see why. If you are still having trouble, try using another card or get in touch with us at accounting@socaislands.com. If you are having trouble meeting an installment due date, please let us know in advance at accounting@socaislands.com, and we will do our best to help you out.

Please note that there is a small online booking fee for all credit card payments made through our website.
