Your money is safe

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a trip, we've got you covered.

You can choose to transfer your booking, free of charge, to a future departure date at the same destination. Alternatively, you can opt for a transfer to a different destination of equal value, also at no extra cost. If neither option works for you, we'll provide a full refund within 14 days. Your peace of mind is important to us, and we're here to ensure you're properly taken care of.

You might notice that some Soca Islands trips are priced a bit higher than the average group travel, but that's because we offer a high-quality experience with no hidden costs. Almost everything is included in your booking price, and we're upfront about any extras.

When you book with Soca Islands, you can count on an itinerary filled with immersive and authentic experiences. You'll be guided by locals who ensure your stay is unforgettable.

Finding your roommate

At Soca Islands, we know how important it is to have a great roommate you get along with. That's why we have a roommate pairing process to help match you with someone compatible. About four weeks before your adventure starts, we'll send you an onboarding form with a questionnaire about your habits and preferences. We use this information to pair you with a roommate of the same gender who shares similar interests. If you already have a roommate in mind, just let us know!

If you'd prefer a single room, you can upgrade to have your own space. We recommend arranging this in advance to ensure availability.

Booking your flights

Flights to and from your destination are not included, but don't worry—if there are any internal flights during your trip, these are covered in your package and organised by Soca Islands. Since our travellers come from all over the globe, everyone books their own flights, and we all meet on the first day of your adventure.

To make things easier, we've provided arrival and departure details in the description of each trip. Plus, our Travel Experts are always here to help you find the best flight options. We also suggest checking out Google Flights or the Hopper app to compare prices and find great deals, as they offer a price-drop guarantee.

Leading up to your trip

4 WEEKS TO GO: The exciting part - you'll now receive your login details to the Soca Islands App and an invitation to the trip review call. This gives you access to exclusive travel information and tips, which only becomes available once you're booked on.

2 WEEKS TO GO: We'll invite you to join a WhatsApp group with your fellow travellers. It's a great chance to introduce yourself, chat, and get to know each other as you all prepare for the big day with Soca Islands.

ARRIVAL: Now you just need to turn up at the airport and begin your incredible Soca Islands adventure.

Some of our Soca Islands experiences have age restrictions, which are listed for each adventure.

We typically close registration about a month before the start date of the experience. So, to ensure you don't miss out, it's a good idea to sign up as early as possible!

Yes, you can transfer your booking to someone else, but please keep in mind that the financial value of the experience cannot be transferred. Make sure to let us know about the transfer and coordinate directly with the person you are passing it on to. We will handle the rest.

You cannot make changes directly through our online booking platform, but do not worry. Just email us at accounting@socaislands.com, and we will help you out. Please note that changes might come with an additional cost.

Please let us know about any special needs or requirements you may have so we can make the best arrangements for you. We want to ensure your experience is as enjoyable as possible. If we are not informed in advance, we may not be able to accommodate your needs, and we won’t be able to offer compensation for any issues that arise.

Absolutely, we can arrange transportation to other events for you at an additional cost.

It is important to make sure you have all your travel documents in order before you set off. Please double-check that your passport is valid and that you have any required visas for the countries you will be visiting, including any transit stops. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility if you are unable to travel due to missing or invalid documents.
