Gather for a stunning cliffside welcome dinner, sip a coconut mojito, and watch the sun set as your Bali adventure officially begins.
Today we dive into Bali’s traditions, exploring the island’s focus on physical, spiritual, and mental wellness. Learn the secrets of Indonesian cuisine from a local family, savoring dishes like nasi goreng, satay, and martabak pancakes. Then, embark on a jungle trek to a hidden waterfall for a purification ceremony an age-old ritual designed to cleanse body and soul.
Hit the roads in vintage VW jeeps and cruise through lush forests, making friends with playful monkeys along the way. Stop at the historic Ubud Palace and enjoy lunch with sweeping views of the iconic rice terraces. Return in the afternoon to relax, explore independently, or indulge in a rejuvenating Balinese massage.
Discover the roots of Balinese life at a local farming cooperative. Help a chef prepare lunch with fresh garden ingredients and learn about sustainable farming practices. Later, unwind with a guided nidra meditation and yoga session. In the evening, explore Ubud’s markets or enjoy a delicious dinner before preparing to head to the Gilis.
Escape to the idyllic Gili Islands, where turquoise waters, sandy lanes, and a relaxed vibe await. Enjoy a flavorful dinner with options for every palate and settle into your tropical surroundings barefoot days and ocean breezes included.
Spend the day aboard a private boat exploring Gili Meno and Gili Air. Snorkel among vibrant coral reefs, discover underwater statues, and keep an eye out for sea turtles. Anchor for lunch along the way, soak up the sun, and embrace the ultimate island life with laughter, saltwater, and incredible scenery.
After leaving the Gilis, arrive in Uluwatu a cliffside surf haven. Spend the afternoon unwinding: stroll along Batu Bolong or Echo Beach, sip fresh coconut water, or enjoy a local massage. In the evening, dine at a beachfront spot with your new crew and toast to your Bali adventure so far.
Today is dedicated to sun, sand, and surf at one of Bali’s iconic beach clubs. Lounge by the ocean, snap photos with your travel friends, and sip cocktails from a daybed. In the evening, take in Uluwatu’s dramatic sunsets and enjoy a casual dinner along the cliffs.
Begin your last day with a visit to the famous Uluwatu Temple and witness a traditional Kecak dance, experiencing Bali’s spiritual energy firsthand. Cap off your journey with a farewell dinner by the beach, reminiscing about memories made, friendships formed, and the magic of this incredible island.

Our arrival transfers are private to Soca Islands and are organised in groups based on flight times. Sometimes this means a short wait at the airport until other flights arrive.

Please keep in mind that our itinerary, activities, and hotels might change. Rest assured, we always aim to minimise any impact on your experience. Occasionally, we may tweak the itinerary to try out fresh ideas and keep the adventure exciting.
We believe solo travelers shouldn’t have to pay extra to explore the world. That’s why our group trips are designed around shared accommodation and do not include a single supplement. Solo travelers joining our group trips are paired in twin or multi-share rooms with another traveler of the same sex for the duration of the trip.
Some of our Independent trips are structured differently. For these itineraries, solo travelers will need to book at the single occupancy rate.
