Begin your journey with a visit to the charming Kampung Cantik village. Enjoy a warm “Be My Guest” lunch with a local family, where you’ll experience authentic hospitality and culture. Take part in traditional activities such as top spinning and silat, a Malaysian martial art, before continuing on to Melaka for your overnight stay.
Discover the rich history of Melaka on a guided city tour. Visit landmarks such as St. Paul’s Hill, Porta de Santiago, and the Stadthuys Museum. Stroll along Jonker Street, the cultural heart of the city, filled with art galleries, antique shops, and unique local crafts.
Travel toward Kuala Lumpur with a scenic stop in Putrajaya, Malaysia’s administrative capital. Admire its impressive architecture, including the Putra Mosque and Perdana Putra. After lunch, continue your journey to Kuala Lumpur and settle into your hotel.
Explore the dynamic capital city, where tradition meets modernity. Highlights include the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, the National Museum, and other cultural attractions. Spend the afternoon at leisure, exploring the city at your own pace or enjoying its vibrant atmosphere.
Depart Kuala Lumpur after breakfast and visit the Royal Selangor Pewter factory. Continue to the Batu Caves, a sacred Hindu site set within towering limestone formations. Journey onward to the cool and scenic Cameron Highlands, stopping at Lata Iskandar Waterfall along the way. Arrive at your resort surrounded by tea plantations and enjoy dinner in this refreshing mountain setting.
Take in the breathtaking landscapes of the Cameron Highlands, known for rolling tea plantations and lush greenery. Capture stunning views before heading to Ipoh, where you’ll visit the impressive Perak Cave Temple. Later, enjoy a walking tour through Ipoh’s old town, filled with colonial architecture, trendy cafés, and vibrant street art.
Travel to Penang via Kuala Kangsar, passing notable landmarks such as Masjid Ubudiah and the royal palaces. Cross one of the world’s longest bridges to reach Penang, known as the “Pearl of the Orient.” Visit Kek Lok Si Temple, one of the largest Buddhist temples in Southeast Asia, and take a funicular ride up Penang Hill for breathtaking panoramic views.

Yes. If you arrive on Day 1 of your adventure or book pre-tour accommodation with us, your airport arrival transfer is included. If you choose alternative pre-tour accommodation or arrive by another mode of transport, you’ll need to arrange your own arrival transfer.
Our arrival transfers are private to Soca Islands and are organised in groups based on flight times. Sometimes this means a short wait at the airport until other flights arrive.

There are no scheduled activities on the final day, so feel free to book your departure at your own convenience.
We recommend arriving before 3 pm on Day 1 to make it in time for the welcome event. But don’t worry no matter when you land, we’ll have an airport transfer ready for you.

We believe solo travelers shouldn’t have to pay extra to explore the world. That’s why our group trips are designed around shared accommodation and do not include a single supplement. Solo travelers joining our group trips are paired in twin or multi-share rooms with another traveler of the same sex for the duration of the trip.
Some of our Independent trips are structured differently. For these itineraries, solo travelers will need to book at the single occupancy rate.
Tips are not included in the cost of this tour. Remember, tipping is entirely at your discretion and based on what you feel comfortable with.
