Arrive in Auckland at your convenience and take time to explore the city at your own pace. In the evening, meet your guide and fellow travellers during a welcome briefing, followed by an opportunity to head out and connect with the group on your first night together.
Set off along scenic backroads toward Bridal Veil Falls, where you’ll enjoy a short walk through native North Island forest to reach the stunning waterfall. Continue to the laid-back surf town of Raglan and head straight out on the water for a sea kayaking experience. Later, settle into your accommodation in this vibrant coastal town for a two-night stay.
Spend the day soaking up Raglan’s famous surf culture. Take part in an included surf lesson and enjoy free time to relax, explore, and embrace the town’s chilled coastal atmosphere with your group.
Travel toward Rotorua with a stop in Waitomo, where you can opt to explore the famous glowworm caves and witness their star-like glow. Arrive in Rotorua, known for its geothermal landscapes, and in the evening visit a thermal valley for an immersive cultural experience at Te Puia Village.
Enjoy a free morning in Rotorua with options to visit hot springs, geothermal parks, or go white-water rafting. In the afternoon, travel to Taupo with a stop at the powerful Huka Falls. Upon arrival, head out on a scenic sailing experience across New Zealand’s largest lake.
Journey south to Wellington, taking in ever-changing landscapes along the way. Arrive with time to visit Te Papa National Museum or explore the city ride the cable car, stroll along Oriental Parade, or enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. End the day with an optional night out in the capital.
Depart New Zealand and fly to Sydney, Australia. Arrive after a short flight and enjoy an evening at leisure in one of the country’s most iconic cities.
Take a ferry ride across Sydney Harbour to Manly Beach. Spend the day enjoying one of Australia’s most famous beaches try surfing, relax by the water, or explore the shops and cafés along the الساحل.
Enjoy a full free day to discover Sydney. Visit landmarks like the Opera House or Harbour Bridge, explore museums, or experience the city’s renowned dining scene.
Make the most of your final day in Sydney by ticking off any remaining must-see sights or activities. Ask your guide for recommendations to make the most of your time in the city.
Travel north by train to Coffs Harbour, enjoying scenic coastal views along the way. Continue to Spot X Surf Camp in Arrawarra, your base for the next few days.
Start the day with an included surf lesson along one of Australia’s most beautiful coastlines. Later, head out on a kangaroo trek before enjoying a free afternoon to explore whether relaxing, discovering marine life, or visiting nearby beaches.
Travel through scenic national parks and coastal landscapes to Byron Bay. Visit the iconic Cape Byron Lighthouse, the easternmost point of Australia, with chances to spot dolphins or migrating whales along the way.
Enjoy a full day in Byron Bay at your own pace. Relax on the beach, explore hidden coves, or opt for activities like skydiving, kayaking, or dolphin watching.
Travel north to Brisbane, stopping at the Daisy Hill Koala Centre to learn about koala conservation and see rescued animals up close. Arrive in Brisbane in the afternoon, where your journey comes to an end though you may wish to extend your stay and explore more of the city.

Yes. If you arrive on Day 1 of your adventure or book pre-tour accommodation with us, your airport arrival transfer is included. If you choose alternative pre-tour accommodation or arrive by another mode of transport, you’ll need to arrange your own arrival transfer.
Our arrival transfers are private to Soca Islands and are organised in groups based on flight times. Sometimes this means a short wait at the airport until other flights arrive.
While we’re not medical professionals, we want to help you prepare for a safe and healthy adventure. Here are some tips:
- Consult with a healthcare professional: Schedule an appointment with your travel nurse or doctor at least eight weeks before your adventure to get any necessary vaccines or medications.

There are no scheduled activities on the final day, so feel free to book your departure at your own convenience.
We recommend arriving before 3 pm on Day 1 to make it in time for the welcome event. But don’t worry no matter when you land, we’ll have an airport transfer ready for you.

We believe solo travelers shouldn’t have to pay extra to explore the world. That’s why our group trips are designed around shared accommodation and do not include a single supplement. Solo travelers joining our group trips are paired in twin or multi-share rooms with another traveler of the same sex for the duration of the trip.
Some of our Independent trips are structured differently. For these itineraries, solo travelers will need to book at the single occupancy rate.
Tips are not included in the cost of this tour. Remember, tipping is entirely at your discretion and based on what you feel comfortable with.
