Arrive in Bangkok and check in at your hotel, where your travel crew will be waiting to kick off the adventure. In the afternoon, enjoy a walking tour through Bangkok’s historic streets, taking in UNESCO-listed architecture and stopping for a refreshing mojito the city’s iconic national drink. In the evening, head out together for dinner and live music at one of the city’s trendiest spots.

Explore some of Bangkok’s oldest and most sacred sites, marveling at grand temples that showcase the wealth and artistry of ancient Thai kings. Experience the contrast between the city’s bustling streets and the serenity of its spiritual havens, discovering the important role Buddhism plays in Thai culture. In the afternoon, join a hands-on Thai cooking class to prepare classics like Pad Thai and Penang Curry, enjoying a truly local dining experience that feels like a meal at a friend’s home.

Catch a morning flight to Chiang Mai and fuel up with a refreshing Thai iced coffee for the journey. Once there, soak in the relaxed, mountainous atmosphere and explore at your own pace. In the evening, enjoy Northern Thai cuisine with dishes like Khao Soi (creamy curry noodle soup) and Sai Ua (spicy sausage), packed with fresh herbs, turmeric, and lemongrass an authentic taste of the region.

Spend the day at an ethical elephant sanctuary in southern Chiang Mai, getting up close with these gentle giants. Hike alongside, feed, and bathe the elephants while learning about conservation efforts and traditional elephant medicine, including making herbal vitamin balls. Finish the day at a bustling night market, sampling street food favorites like khao soi, mango sticky rice, and more adventurous bites like fried insects.

Fly to Khao Lak and settle into a pristine beachside escape. Spend the evening unwinding with fresh seafood, a cold beer, and the relaxing sound of waves a perfect introduction to island life.

Board a boat for a full day of snorkeling and island-hopping in the Similan Islands, known for their near-deserted beaches, turquoise waters, and vibrant coral reefs. Swim alongside tropical fish, explore powder-white beaches, and soak up the sun in a true tropical paradise. Cap off the day with a breathtaking sunset over the ocean.

Enjoy a leisurely day at your own pace, swimming, lounging on soft sands, or sampling local street food. In the evening, gather with your fellow travelers for a final farewell dinner, celebrating the friendships, adventures, and memories made throughout the trip.

Please keep in mind that our itinerary, activities, and hotels might change. These adjustments could happen with little notice due to factors like availability, weather conditions, seasonal shifts, or other circumstances beyond our control. Rest assured, we always aim to minimise any impact on your experience. Occasionally, we may tweak the itinerary to try out fresh ideas and keep the adventure exciting.

We believe solo travelers shouldn’t have to pay extra to explore the world. That’s why our group trips are designed around shared accommodation and do not include a single supplement. Solo travelers joining our group trips are paired in twin or multi-share rooms with another traveler of the same sex for the duration of the trip.

Some of our Independent trips are structured differently. For these itineraries, solo travelers will need to book at the single occupancy rate.

Tips are not included in the cost of this tour. Remember, tipping is entirely at your discretion and based on what you feel comfortable with.
