Group itinerary

Arrive in the lively capital of Hanoi, where you’ll be transferred to your hotel to settle in and relax. Spend the afternoon at your own pace, perhaps taking your first stroll through the city’s vibrant streets. In the evening, enjoy a welcoming dinner at a local restaurant.

Dive into Hanoi’s rich heritage with visits to iconic landmarks including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Ngoc Son Temple. After lunch at a local restaurant, experience a traditional cyclo ride through the bustling Old Quarter, followed by a captivating Vietnamese water puppet show.

Journey to the breathtaking Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famed for its emerald waters and limestone karsts. Board your cruise for a two-night stay, where you’ll enjoy scenic sailing, cultural experiences, and freshly prepared meals. Relax in comfortable cabins with private facilities while soaking in the beauty of this natural wonder.

Start your day early with a peaceful sunrise over the bay before enjoying brunch on board. Return to the pier and transfer back to Hanoi for your flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, check in and enjoy a relaxed evening at your leisure.

Explore the ancient city of Angkor Thom, including the Bayon Temple with its iconic smiling faces, the Royal Enclosure, Elephant Terrace, and more. In the afternoon, visit the magnificent Angkor Wat before heading to Phnom Bakheng Hill for sunset views. End your day with a traditional Apsara dance performance and dinner.

Discover Bangkok’s most famous landmarks, including the Royal Palace, Wat Traimit, Wat Pho, the Grand Palace, and the Emerald Buddha Temple. Spend your afternoon shopping or exploring independently. In the evening, indulge in a refined 5-course Thai dinner accompanied by a cultural performance at Sala Rim Naam.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Phuket. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure, preparing for your island adventures.

Set out on a full-day excursion to the stunning Phang Nga Bay. Visit the famous James Bond Island (Koh Tapu) early to avoid crowds, then explore hidden caves and mangroves by canoe at Lod Nai Cave. Take in the dramatic limestone cliffs and crystal-clear waters that make this region unforgettable.

Yes. If you arrive on Day 1 of your adventure or book pre-tour accommodation with us, your airport arrival transfer is included. If you choose alternative pre-tour accommodation or arrive by another mode of transport, you’ll need to arrange your own arrival transfer.

Our arrival transfers are private to Soca Islands and are organised in groups based on flight times. Sometimes this means a short wait at the airport until other flights arrive.

While we’re not medical professionals, we want to help you prepare for a safe and healthy adventure. Here are some tips:

    There are no scheduled activities on the final day, so feel free to book your departure at your own convenience.

    We recommend arriving before 3 pm on Day 1 to make it in time for the welcome event. But don’t worry no matter when you land, we’ll have an airport transfer ready for you.

    We believe solo travelers shouldn’t have to pay extra to explore the world. That’s why our group trips are designed around shared accommodation and do not include a single supplement. Solo travelers joining our group trips are paired in twin or multi-share rooms with another traveler of the same sex for the duration of the trip.

    Some of our Independent trips are structured differently. For these itineraries, solo travelers will need to book at the single occupancy rate.

    Tips are not included in the cost of this tour. Remember, tipping is entirely at your discretion and based on what you feel comfortable with.
